If you are anywhere near Stansted I would detail it for you. I am now completely aquainted with my Megs G220 polisher and the associated products to use for different paint imperfections.
AlexJ will vouch for the level of perfection I can achieve as he has seen my 6 and as a result I`m doing his for him when he gets back from Canada!!
My only request would be that I get some pics of the 2 cars side by side!

Speaking of detailers, I once had a link to a detailer's website that was based kind in Warrington. I think it was in the estate off the motorway, perhaps closeish to the Audi garage itself. They seemed to be a bigish company. However, I can't for the life of me find it again. Anyone happen to know?

Jeeess!!!
Ok, I dont mind doing RS6`s (multiple) but I work offshore an only have just less than 2 weeks so it would be better if I could fit people in midweek and THEY WOULD HAVE TO HELP WITH THE DETAILING!!!

So if you`ve got access to time off midweek, are prepared to help, have an RS6 (obviously) and accept that I will do a paint correct job, paint seal and wax then bring it on! I will be able to spend about 2-4 hours on each car so if its REALLY swirl marked then I will do my best but if it is, then it takes ages and many passes with the machine to sort it!
however, if you paint is in pretty good condition to start with then I can concentrate more on final polish, seal and many layers of wax. This time of year I get the collinite wax out as it responds really well to the ambient temperatures. I will also give explanations of what I`m doing and why all the way through the process so that if you choose to invest in a machine and some products you will be able to do it yourself in future!
I will do one per leave so book now to avoid dissapointment.
Next leave is short so available dates will be limited.
Cheers
Matty
P.S I dont charge but a few beers never goes amiss;)

I fancy buying my own polisher and having a go myself, can you give me any advise as to what to buy and the products you use?
(I see you work offshore, do you travel out of Aberdeen)?
