spotted a v10 spyder

I saw an R8 v10 spyder this evening, sorry about the bad quality pictures they were taken with my phone.............

also saw this test mule 3 years ago in the same place

Looks like a V8 - it has dual exhausts not oval like the V10 hard top or is it an option? Nice scoop ronan
