Cambelt change...what mileage?

Just weighing up the best time to change the cambelt. It was last done at 38K and I thought it was about 40K(to be on the safe side) or after 5 years (which ever comes first) Whats the general period on these cars? :?

....thats the LAST time I buy the mother of all kebabs with chillie sauce thats hotter than lava!! lol... Though I do find in times like these that RS246 threads are great for taking my mind off my pain.lol :wink:
Yes I think its time to change the belts and have a service....bye, bye another grand!!lol :cry: :cry: ... but worth it!! :D :D
