anyone got an idea for B5 facelift S4 pricing

Post by RCF » Wed Oct 21, 2009 2:32 pm

anyone able to tell me or point me in the direction of pricing for these babies?

I am seeing them advertised from £2k through to £8k

What sort of price is realistic for a wel spec'd late model with between 60k and 100k miles?

Ta

£2k for a B5??? Is it a Cat B???

A car is only worth as much are willing to pay for them.

Best thing to do to get an idea on current prices is to check the usual places:
Classifieds (here and AudiSRS), Pistonheads and Autotrader.

its a bit like how long is a piece of string there are so many factors condition, spec, mods, history, tax, mot, recent servicing, tyres but i would dare say your looking at the 6-7.5k region.

i paid £7000 18 months ago for a one owner 60k car with all the bills from new serviced every 5k, black leather, bose stereo and absolutley mint, new brakes cambelt and w/pump done, there seems to be a few cheap ones around now but it depends what your looking for. i waited months for the right car but there was hardly any for sale for 6 months when i was looking, there was 14 on the autotrader and piston heads but most with high mileage, there was even one the same as mine but a few less miles for 12k....

i think the glass guide suggests around £7000 from a dealer in top condition with a warranty and all the bells and whistles so privately i would say between 5-7k for a one owner low mileage car but then its finding it, they all disapear as soon as you have the money
