Surrey Rolling Road test...

Post by rhunter203 » Wed Oct 14, 2009 6:51 pm

Paid a visit to Charlie @ Surrey Rolling Road today and made the following figures:

450bhp
518 ft/lbs

MRC map, SuperSprint cat back and no cats.

Thought the bhp might have been more but the torque is rather good :D

thats a very good set of figures rob, the car must be flying at the mo! i take it when you say no cats you mean that you've gutted the precats? do you find the exhaust louder with the precats gutted?

518lb ft!! That's monstrous and very awesome! Nice one. How much did it cost to have it rolling roaded?

There are no cats (at all) and yes it is v loud!! Gutting the pre cats didn't make much difference in terms of sound.

The rolling road should be £50 but you get a slight discount if you're a member of the Audi SRS forum.

Oh and getting rid of the CATS, cutting out the airbox and fitting an MRC filter made a substantial difference 8)

Nice one.
I've gutted my cats completely, and looking forward to the results on the Dyno Day.

Looked at the FMIC recently. Over £2k fitted for maybe a 10-15bhp gain... :bash:
