2006 A6 Avant Navigation Question

Folks, My friend has a 2006 A6 Avant that has Cd based Sat Nav low which displays via the DIS.
The disc is 2006 however here in NI as I found out myself the data held on this disc is pathetic. I was able to buy a 2009 disc from teleatlas for my RNSD that improved the coverage greatly. Where can he obtain a more up to date version?
The part number for the present disc is 4F0 919 884 N version 2006
