Headlight condensation solution

Mine suffers from the above (drivers side only) so, after a hunt around the net (isn't google great?) this was found:

Audi's technical service bulletin on this subject simply says to leave main beam on for 10mins to dry it out.

I just tried the link and works fine, it's a guide about changing the o-ring seal by the look of it.
