What a great day out.

My thanks to Phil, John - all the rs246 crew in fact, to Audi and everyone at the circuit. I could not fault anything at all.

It was fun trying to keep on the black stuff in the morning as well !

A massive apology to everyone who attended the Oultan Park event, for my disapearance trick at about 3 o/clock.

As the track started to dry out I decided to have a bit of a go even thought the computer was saying that I only had 40miles left, but around the back of the circuit, after only two laps, it started to splutter.

Straight of a to the petrol station, only thing was the first was shut, the second is now a car sales pitch, we finally got to the cross roads by the Shell garage as it gave up the ghost and stopped and of course we were all told that the Shell station was closed.

Anyway to cut a long story short I got my guest to get in the BMW and come and find us, which he did and we finally got going again. Too late to go back to the circuit as it would have been about 4:30pm.

Nice to meet you all, and Frederic and Eric, I have Frederic's helmet which if you send me your address I will post to you. No problems. We did try and contact you but you did not answer your phone.

Phil T , JR what a day. Been on 3 bike track days this year and this was the best in every way. Passing the R32 made my day [img]images/graemlins/3flypigs.gif[/img]Just a quick note to Fat Cat I let you past thats why my indicator was on [img]images/graemlins/033102bad_1_prv.gif[/img]and I had a passanger. As you did not get past on the last session of the day( but have to admit it was bloody close) [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img] But it is the wifes (Miffy)car and had to take it home in one piece or bits of my anatomy were at stake !! [img]images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]still think the [img]images/graemlins/s3addict.gif[/img]and a chip is a betterpackage if not as exclusive. I have not been on many 'run yer own car' track days, although have had more than a few days with large company car dealers [img]images/graemlins/sekret.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/kissmyrings.gif[/img] picking up the bill and once the bits of there beautiful car as well.

I was amazed that everyone was looking in the mirror as well as out in front. Racing has always been 'whats behind is not important' which leaves to giving the guy in front a little 'love touch' (bumper rubbing) [img]images/graemlins/rocketwhore.gif[/img]. What a lovly suprise, everyone I passed had there indicator on way before I had to think of passing. [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img]

Would love to go to Donny.. could bring the tarts Porsche as well as a Ferrari and a few M'3's if you like. We can show what a RS4 can do [img]images/graemlins/clap.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/clap.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/clap.gif[/img]
