Can I ask what mileage and how much your cam chain costs were to replace?

should be for engine life, just change the tensioners guides.

or 100,000 miles at least.

It's quite funny, when I asked 2 different Audi dealers this question, both asked their technicians, and one said 60,000, the other said 75,000, and then one of the salesmen came back to tell me that he'd since googled it, and found that it's not actually required!
