Why buy an old RS4? Why not a new S4?
Re: Why buy an old RS4? Why not a new S4?
Extras are a pain. I know we all want certain ones - for me its a sun roof, but when car guides do the book price they base it on £46500 whereas most of us paid close to £50000 with the extras. I mean, for centre armrest to be an extra is a joke for a car of that price.
Standard RS4 (is it the only standard one left?)

Hi BS,
Read through the discussion, it seems you have already decided. Why not go to get a new S4 ?
RS4 is a VERY special & wonderful car. We didn't have lot of reasons for buying it but just like it.

On reflection about the bikes your talking about your right.
I was thinking from my younger years - trike days when I jamp from a 70cc to 110cc to 250 2 stoke racing trike to a the last liquid cooled full blown racer 250cc each time I thought woow this is quick then soon got used to it. Then came the cars a 1.1 to 1.6 to 2.4 to 2.7 then 2.7 chipped
each time I could never have enough
