what is the best 1/4 mile time here?

just curios about how much hp affects how much time in 1/4 mile?

there are lots of formulas to calculate 1/4 mile speed and time, but these are commonly for rear wheel drive american cars.
rs2 dont fit that formula
i am curious what would be my time if i upgrade my car around 400-420 hp?

any ideas or experience?
