Without going mad..... no chance.
If you're prepaired to go balls out and spend a large amount of cash then yes, it could be quicker through the gears but it would most likely be quite unreliable.
You wouldn't be quicker top end, the RS4's gearing is great!!

A mapped 8P can be very close.

Yeah a few of my mates have tuned s3 8p models,there quick and handle well,but i wouldn't swap.
