Attachments in private messages

I am trying to attach a 152K JPG and I keep getting this message

Sorry, but the maximum filesize for all Attachments in your Private Message Folder has been reached. Please delete some of your received/sent Attachments.

But that is not the case.

please advise.

why dont you host it some where with a link to it in your PM , PMs are really meant for that sort of thing on here.
