How mutch can I tune RS4 B5 before change engine parts?

How mutch can I tune RS4 B5 before change engine parts?
As con-rod, crankshaft & bearrings ect?

Some say up to 530hbp, other say more than that.


I shall change out my turbos, manifoild, and need to now how mutch my engine can bear.

In my experience about 485 bhp anyone telling you more is spinning a yarn, lots will say 520bhp but ive yet to see it on a RR

480 on std engine and turbos, 600 ish on std engine with compression dropping head gaskets ,rs6 blowers and manifolds etc. over 600 foot pounds is new rods time

john, I think a few things have changed since you've last owned an RS4, no offense intended

Keep it to around 450bhp. No need to pull the engine and it WILL be reliable and plenty quick enough.
