S4 Bumper Price

Hi there guys, just wondered if anyone knew how much an S4 bumper retails for a dealer, or of any salvage operations that may be able to source one? If its not to horrendous I am tempted to do something along these lines to my Bora you see...

Brandnew for the shell only for both front and back from Audi Uk is around £206 or £242 including VAT.

Paul at VAG parts quoted me £165 for the front. I'm not sure if this was excluding VAT.

Further I'm not sure if you get the alumin chassis with this.

Plus this also excludes the two intercooler grills and at least the headlight washer blanks.

A scrappy quoted me £193 including VAT for a complete front bumper.
