£400
This seems like an extremely good price to me, especially for the drilled disks.Ramone wrote:I suppose £380 is OK for the two then - suppose you need to anticipate higher running costs to get the performance - the brakes are damned good too!
As far as I'm aware, there are only OEM disks available for the RS6 on the front at least (without modifying, I mean).

Didn't someone on here put Phaeton disks on theirs?
Is this even possible?

Is that each disk or for a pair??? seems very cheap! how come the fronts are cheaper than the rears???? how is that?
Is the AudiAdvantage program just Reading Audi (and affiliated dealers) or a global Audi thing? 20%/10% is quite considerable when you consider how much RS6s cost to maintain - certainly not to be sniffed at.

i jus had phaeton rears put on mine....discs cost £150 inc vat direct from VW...im sure could be had cheaper from GSF or the like, but they didnt have them in stock...
Pads were £60odd and fitting was 1hr
all in all less than £300inc vat fitted for rears
Stafford Audi quoted me £700 for OEM
Chingford Audi quoted me £1000 for OEM
Local Indy quoted me £650 for OEM

Just shows you the savings we can get by a bit of researching eh! Just bought/fitted a set of RS6Plus rears off a guy on ebay - brand new but been stored for a while. I thought £350 was a deal - bugger!!! oh well still cheaper than getting them done elsewhere.
Looks like maybe the fronts arent that far off. Think I'll be shopping about next time!

Thanks for that David. Did the Phaeton disks just go straight on?
@corkey: HOw can the fronts be cheaper than the rears?
