Wrap Group Buy

Post by HYFR » Wed Aug 19, 2009 12:22 pm

guys, on the RS 6 forum we're seeing if anyone is interested in a wrap group buy?

We've got a couple so far, and perhaps with a better idea of numbers im happy to speak to totally dynamic and see if they can offer any sort of discount

Sorry do ask a stupid question. But what's a wrap group buy? Of course, if it's going to save some £££ then I'd be interested!

Phil,

My understanding is wraps are an alternative to a respray of the car, they started of as a marketing tool i.e to cover cars in adverts but they are now a real alternative to getting your car resprayed.

Is this applicable to any branch of Totally Dynamic or franchise specific?

I think we would have to broach any group buy to an individual branch and this I would guess would depends on where the majority of the people interested are based...

Would be interested to find out what shut lines and panel gaps would look like as I am interested in wrapping my phantom black car white?? Also, is the wrap applied to door shuts etc and does it damage the paint beneath??

best to dig out the Klauster thread named my vynl wrap experience or the like...got some high res pics

the door shuts can be done but its extra

according to them it protects the paintwork underneath as opposed to causing any damage
