These are not RS6 fitment. They are for an A8.

RS6 uses 19x9 ET35, part #4B3601025Q

Koulakis was selling these same A8 rims not so long ago, are they his?

Like the above said. Why 40's? I think thats why you arent getting much interest. If you could do the wheels minus the tyres then give me a shout.

Just PM'd Grizz to find the answer. If they are the wrong ET then you have been given the wrong rims. However, does anyone know if this ET (44) will be too wide or too narrow on the hubs?

In that case i stand corrected. Would the ones advertised sit wider than standard then?

If not then the ad is spookily similar!

Long live cut and paste!

Yes, that's what I think, too... Thanks to me newly acquired knowledge about rims:

The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. The offset can be one of three types (measured in millimeters).*

Zero Offset:
The hub mounting surface is even with the centerline of the wheel.

Positive:
The hub mounting surface is toward the front or wheel side of the wheel. Positive offset wheels are generally found on front wheel drive cars and newer rear drive cars.

Negative:
The hub mounting surface is toward the back or brake side of the wheels centerline. "Deep dish" wheels are typically a negative offset.

really? ! :( oh well . . . . lets hope the ebay buyer knows that !
:D

As mentioned, your rims are for an A8.
They will NOT fit an RS6 as they will foul the suspension leg.
RS6 fitment is ET35.

I suggest stick them back on ebay, they will fit all new Golfs, A6's, A4's as they run high offsets like ET44.
