ten of the best
ten of the best
as an ex jap car owner a highlight of my year is and was ten of the best competition http://www.totb.co.uk/what-is/ a great day out watching some of the best performance cars around. but it dawn'd on me that there are very few audi's if any from memory, so as it's a bit late for this year, why doesn't rs246 put a team together? surely there's a few cars with enough power and handeling to put a small team together to fly the flag for the vag/audi community
done the jap thing, trying the euro thing!
RE: ten of the best
so what no one even thinks this could be even a stupid idea? even standard these's cars put alot of tuned cars to shame! are you not proud of what your cars can do, or just scared? any feedback is apreciated even if it's just to say it's a rubbish idea! but please give a reason.

More expensive to repair a busted RS's drivetrain than to repair a rice rocket!! Just my opinion and reason for not going. I used to do RWYB and USC at santa pod every year in my pugs but i'd never let my 6 near the strip or track. Gearbox in a pug = £300. Gearbox in an RS6 = £7000. !!!!!!! If you do go enjoiy yourself!

RE: ten of the best
The amount of money and effort poured into the Evo's, Imprezas, Supras and Skylines...... I don't think we could put on a good show to be honest. Many of the cars belong to the tuning companies and are setup for track handling + run 750bhp+ and weigh very little!

Audi = the more refined petrol head! And as the man says costs a fortune if the box goes and we tend to own our cars as opposed to the tuning companies !

I think Doug from MRC may be close to having a car that could compete. Perhaps 800bhp in a stripped out S4 is enough to put on a good show.
Not enough to win - but good enough to fly the audi flag.
I thought there was another tuner with a B6 S4 v8 turbo hill climb car (sorry can't remember who they are) - but that should be pretty good!
