Don't be depressed about a Cat D car going cheap - IMHO I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole, there's enough to worry about with a straight RS4.The prices these cars are for sale for are depressing me
Back to the original question and I seem to recall this car being for sale around a year ago or so - same images for definite.
Maybe ask MRC?

saw pictures of this car for sale on Pistonheads last year, probably about 9 months ago, in its damaged state. ALmost went to look at it but it had sold before I had the chance.
Damage was indeed on the pass side and was hit on the sill, B pillar and both doors, not sure about the roof. Didn't look too heavily damaged and probably not a hugely expensive repair. I'd get an inspection though...

Are you sure it was this one as the pics I saw showed no damage - in fact they were these pics.
Are you sure you didn't see this one which was registered L33 NBL?

My mistake, I actually saw in in March 09 at 84k for £14k (the filename I saved the pic under reminds me of this). The one I saw had black wheels, and was with a salvage dealer in the West Midlands, pretty sure the same one as the OP has asked about. Also had an MTM remap. Damage was similar to the above pic however
