Where can I get quattro gmbh rear disks?

I have a set of drilled quattro gmbh rear disks with standard calipers that have served me fantastically for many years, but I need to replace them.

Where can I can a new set and how much?

or is there something else that i can replace them with, without cutting and drilling?

Can you not order new replacement GmbH discs through Audi???

You can only order them through Audi if they were fitted from new as an option. If not you need the chassis number of a car that was.
