What difference in price should sat nav make?

Unless it is a late model car, if it does not have sat nav it may also not have the tech pack as RNS-E was part of that. That means only standard xenons, not adaptive, and no bluetooth module and a few other bits

incorrect, BT not in tech pack, separate option altogether

tech pack = satnav RNSE + adaptive lights + glovebox CD changer
