RS2 exhaust manifold

Well I thought I was getting somewhere but the old moneypit has come up with another problem.
Sounding very much like a cracked exhaust manifold (lots of ticking/ blowing at various heats) only one way to find out and that involves getting oily again.
The question is what is the best "standard" manifold and where is the best place to get one?

Trev, did you go for either of those manifolds in the end?

Nope I've gone for the Wagner tuning evo manafold.
Apparently it is stronger and has a larger bore but looks standard, so it should let the engine flow a bit better and last longer (mind you looking at the service history I suspect that it is the original, so 147k is pretty good).
All I have to do is put it on
