Mine has bluetooth connection via sat nav for my phone but has flat bottom steering wheel,i have a six disc changer in the glovebox aswell as a cool box but the changer is disabled as it is running an ipod connection instead, the sd card facility is ace once youve sussed the format etc and you can always pop out the nav disc and play a cd in there

FBSW = Flat bottom steering wheel lol, I read that the Blue tooth was not an option with the FBST as the speech button is on the multi function SW, and Audi did not make a dash mounted speech button instead they offered up the Parrot hands free/BT device. I have retro fitted the BT kit, but no speech button (I could if I wanted as a Add on, the dash 'S' button is used instead if you have a FBSW) again this is aftermarket ad none issue/OEM.

I read this information from a Audi manual, I could have got it wrong :/

If depends on which of the Bluetooth options you have - dash mounted or centre console mounted - whether the RS4 FBMFSW wheel got replaced with the "standard" A4 MFSW.

where is your speech button located?

Yes there are different variants, I was talking about the type that just syncs automatically to your phone when you get into the car, no cradle.

There are two options from Audi - cradle on the dash, or cradle in the centre armrest.

If you don't have a cradle then it wasn't fitted at the factory - because they INSIST on fitting a cradle, an amplifier and an external antenna whenever they fit a phone kit at the factory - and dealers can't retrofit the Audi phone kit because Audi don't supply the necessary wiring harness.

I have the Audi phone kit, no cradle and the FBMFSW - because I retrofitted it myself.

Hmm, how much are you thinking of spending?

I was considering selling mine soon.

Daytona Grey
Black leather (buckets)
Tech Pack (Sat-Nav, TV, Adaptive lights)
6 Disc Changer
FBSW
24k miles
2006 - (06)
New Tyres

It doesn't have bluetooth prep though.

don't worry about phone, if car specced it from factory you will lose FBSW or have an ugly plank on the dash. Retrofit for £400
