Where can I find my 54 pin tv tuner connection

I've got a 2003 S4 avant. In the boot on the right is what looks like the bose sub and a box (amp) with (from what I can tell) a 25 pin connection. On the left side is a sealed box with no visible connections (what is that?).

I thought I would find the tv tuner easily but am now confused as to which it is and where it is - if anyone could help that would be appreciated!

Noticed that also, can't see any obvious opening, thought it was for the Bose at first but can't see any branding on it, curious...
