Update

MRC had a butchers and noticed that the engine had lost 1.5ltrs of black gold on the account of a dodgy oil filter (explains why there were spots of oil where the car had been parked). They've subsequently topped her up and went for a blast whereby a noticiable reduction in whining was noted on the account of the fact that sufficient oil was passing through a pump (which it wasn't hence the noise). They also recommended a gearbox service. By this they can assertain if there is any sludge coming from the gear box oil. The turbos look fine and they were surprised that the DRC is still operable after 2+years since the last repairs!!!!

Update. Going to get her back in the morning. Lucas says everything was fine after a couple of road tests today. Only thing to wait for now is the torque converter to kaputt then I'll have the precats out too.
