Wasn't aware they did one for the RS4? Used to have one on my Mk2 Golf GTI which was pretty good if that helps...

CliveH had a Scorpion backbox on his S4 a while back. Not aware of anyone with a full system.

Had a Scorpion on my S2,quality was ok but had some issues with split welds which they repaired at the factory, then had new centre pipe and cat bypass pipes and it sounded like a max power nova and seemed to lack some power low down so ripped em off and replaced the the cats, not seen one on a RS4 but would say the Milltech I have is better than the Scorpion on my S2.
