Yes, WD will send someone round to inspect. The cover is valid but it's not valid for wear and tear for 90 days "cooling period"

I've just arrived at my house and I've just opened the booklet they posted to me. the warranty works out at £66.00 pm andit states the the work must be carried out by a franchised dealer..hmm...does that mean main agents audi??? someone mentioned that they only cover 50% of the parts and 100% labour?? I think i'll ahve to call them tomorrow and check. So this guy that comes out, does it give it a right good going over, if so I hope my new purchase comes up to the mark??lol

Must be a different cover, you can choose Dealer or Indie. I went Indie, they pay all the labour up to 40 notes per hour, anything over that you pay the difference.

Ring them and ask them to change the cover so that you can take it to the garage of your choice.
