The seller is looking for £25K by his own admission - apparently he's not interested in right arms, even as a p/ex.

Bugger.

This is the nicest looking Plus I have seen in a while and I watch the sales sites most days.

I will be putting a bid in.

Is the timing belt due around 40,000 and what's the likley cost of it's replacement?.

What a great looking car. Just cant quite get to grips with bidding for a car of approx. £25k when I have not seen it !

regards
Chris

Age doesn't really matter as Greg pointed out, but if is did, I am 26 and I think it looks fantastic! You don't buy an RS6 to have everyone look at you.

I really want to buy this car. The guy is looking for around £26,500 which I think I am prepared to pay based on the last couple of RS6 + I was interested in at Worcester and Southampton audi (one or two of you bought these cars)

Am I stupid ?

My wife says she is going to lock the house doors if I return with it !!

Less than 23k for the Worcester one.
Although, the Ebay one looks better IMHO.
And has less miles.

PS
The rear with the seats folded down could double up for a Bed!

Go for it.
Remember it's an avant so with seats folded down it will make a nice place to sleep when your wife locks you out of the house.
Personally I think it's good value for the condition and mileage.

Cambelt should have been done at 4 years, regardless of mileage, so if the car was registered Sep 04, then it should have been done around September last year.
