Eastbound? Good idea. Can you access the services from Smorral Lane / Bennetts Road North, i.e is there an access road between the two sides (looks like there is a road under the M6 linking both on the maps)? The ideal would be for Klauster and I to come down the M69 and travel westbound to Chorley west and then get to he est side using those roads next to the services, otherwise we'll be coming down the M42 to get on to the M6.

It's a Shell station too IIRC so can top up with V-Power.

I am confused (of SW London), on the othre thread I was #20 on the list but seemed to have been forgotten on this one - do I have a spot or not?

And what are we doing wrong exactly??? I hear what your saying but this isn't a bunch of 18 year old from the fast and furious!! I'm sure we'll be fine!

No pipe, slippers or lab, but I have 3 kids, all born whilst I was under-age and paid for, in whole, by the state......

Re-read my post I've never said you're doing anything wrong...

But the likelihood is that when a bunch of enthusiasts get together some "spirited" behaviour is possible. I was just offering a helpful suggestion to be extra aware of the possibility of a hidden camera van, a man in uniform holding a "hair dryer" while standing behind a tree, etc. - you know the sort of tactics that the "boys in blue" employ to generate some extra revenue for their cause.
