DRC action against audi, please contribute!

Cas, i am in the process of trying to get audi to do something now, hence this thread. I will be emailing them tommorrow as i havent had a response yet since last week.

Shoppinit, your milage dosent matter, its the system as whole i am arguing about, not 'individual' cases as it were.

Hmmm...Audi and DSC systems!
My RS6 avant has a fair more miles than everyone elses (91,000), but I've only had one shock showing a leak; good for me from that point of view, yes?
HAH! Audi Cardiff have had the car twice now - first time was to replace ONE shock and re-charge / balance the system. THEY said they needed to change both compensator valves to do the job; the bill was £2100!
This second time, a freak "hose" burst to one of the front shock absorbers (can accept freaky incidents, no problem) and they wanted £1700 to do the repairs -"we need to replace the three month old shock absorber too, Sir, AND one of the compensator valves"!
Does anyone know for SURE what work can and can't be done on these systems? I feel like they are using my lack of knowledge to fleece me big time.

ok, since i have had no response from Richard Starky as of this morning, i have now emailed him again and this is what i said:

Dear Richard,
Following your response to my mail to Jeremy Hicks, I was wondering if you had got anywhere yet with regard to my complaint regarding the DRC system fitted to RS6/RS4 cars.
I have been compiling a list of forum users on two Audi owners websites of people who have experienced issues with thier DRC system and the results show this problem is far more common than even I first suspected, which makes me even more determined to see that Audi UK do something regarding this issue.
The results from my enquiries also highlights a shocking level of customer service from your dealer network, with 1 dealer informing a customer that a shock leaking oil was 'normal'. It would seem the more i dig on this matter, the worse things are getting. Results also show that some of these 'repairs' carried out by your dealer network have lasted as little as 2000 miles of motoring. Im sure you will agree that this is totally unacceptable on a vehicle that carries the prestige of an Audi, let alone the Audi RS series of cars. I was under the impression these were meant to be your 'flagship' models.
I look forward to your response on these matter, and will be forwarding the lists of owners with issues to you once everybody has had a chance to contribute to the lists.

Should the mileage be the first time the DRC failed or the last time?

My first fix was <6k miles, when it looked like this:

The central valves are located just in front of the petrol tank.
