yes, I would hardly say changing the colour of your car is a tacky mod
fair enough the A3 threw a bit of a curve ball, but noones proposing putting four times as many exhausts on the RS as it came with [ no offence A3 ]

Chill Fella's, Lets not get into a ding dong! lol....agree the A3 dose look a bit chav, and your right Dave, the prices are dropping into the hands of either ppl with to much money to burn or chavs, car modding has been going on for years, as been always will do, like said above, if tastefully done, then great....like white RS4 wrap IMO has been modified with great success, looks great!...the Yellow RS4 with go faster lambo strips did not! (other thread), nearly every B5 RS4 owner has there car modded, does that make them chavs?....no, well 99% of them any way!

You can't be that much of a snob if you own a car that has now become so cheap and common that chavs and the max power brigade can easily buy. I still think my cheap editing trick was an accurate assessment.

I bought it in black, I was just getting annoyed with fighting to keep it clean all the time, and fancied a 'temporary' colour change. It will be back to black within the year.
