Got all the carbon bits on now, looks much better than a standard bay but think as i get better at carbon wrapping i may revisit and improve them. I'll post more pics once i get my hands on a Passat cover and carbon lay that and think i'll replace the header tank as suggested by Virdee now i know its not meant to be that colour! Hmmm, wonder how difficult it would be to do the horrible grainy slam panel :idea:

hi all
im havin an all carbon fibre airbox cover made this week and it will be direct fit!i will post some pics when its done.and once its done ill be able to take orders for a run of them and also if theres anything else you want in carbon fibre just let me know?

And you did all that work for parts that go under the bonnet that only you will see? Talk about self indulgence :D

virdee i should hopefully have the airbox cover by the end of the week!and the best bit is that any moulds i let him make off my car i get mine free of charge!!

My latest carbon bit, the passat cover for the passenger side of the engine. A very tricky bit to do but my best yet and made sure the weave is going in the same direction as the factory carbon.

out of interest lee how long did each item take to do ? as we live close i would be intersted in having some done . thats if you would be willing to.

should imagine 3hours per part, the passat cover was probably 4-5hrs.
