traction control on a rs2?

Post by timucin » Sat Nov 01, 2003 10:55 pm

long time ago i have bought a professional traction control from a company called racelogic.this company is in UK.i didnt have chance to install it until now.
two three weeks ago i was going in a friends mitsubishi evo and i saw very similar traction control, where you select tarmac, snow etc. until that time i never thought about installing a traction control to a 4wd car.
do you think it a good idea?
or
just a waist of product-i should keep it for a later project?

Evo 7 has an active center differential, a racelogic TC will not do the same stuff. There is no easy way of building an active center diff to quattros.

Besides RS2 has plenty of traction, no need for TC except maybe in snow -if you don't like having a good time 4-wheel drifting

So keep it for a later project I'd say.
