After spending ages of my life talking to Audi Customer services I hit the Brick wall of "Our Technical department are not aware of any on going issues with the DRC system on rs6 or rs4 models, and would I like that in writting??" not worth the paper nor the effort of licking the envelope was my response back!

I guess if they told the girl to tell me they are going to paint the shocks a different colour now to stop them leaking she would have just passed that information over so can't be too hard on her really. its the team pulling the puppets strings that are blame for lack of information

And of course those highly skilled and clever boys in the technical dept are far to important to speak to us mortals of customer! what they are scared we may know more about the car we drive then they know or think they know??

I have asked for a letter explaining how to drive my car to prevent wear and my shocks leaking...not holding my breath

Judging by how Audi behaved over the soft wheels on the B5 RS4 I think Gordon Brown could learn something from them. I very much doubt this will get sorted to anyone's satisfaction so suggest budgeting for coil overs is the order of the day. This situation put me right off any car equipped with DRC due to the amount of stress it causes, I really do like Audi but not that much.

I'd love to see that letter, it would be worth it for the humour value alone. Maybe then we could reply, with a joint letter signed by everyone on this forum and listing the number of DRC failures we each have had. It shows just how out of touch with customers Audi customer services really is!

This could be a good move once I memtioned about other unhappy rs owners she just went back to the laminated sheet on front of her for red and said "anyone else phoning in will get the same response"
