RS4 in Rotterdam

Post by blackmolley » Mon Sep 22, 2008 9:42 am

Hello, my name's is Rene and I live in Rotterdam.

For the last couple of years I've been driving a Mitsubishi EVO VI, tuned to 365 Hp and 505 Nm weighing in at 1350 kg. It was fun to drive (freaking fast too) but I feel it's time to stop fooling around (no more bumpy rides and lots of noise) and start driving a real car :D (hey ... I'm turning 46 next year so gimme a break  )

For the moment it's still standard but will start by tuning the ECU when warranty has ended.

Car came with:
Naviplus RNS D
Sunroof
Full leather interior
Interior piano lackor

Car was imported from Italy with 40K miles on it and full service history. Only negative thing are the wheels. The originals were too much damaged and beyond decent repair so just before selling the seller decided not to buy the expense OEM stuff but the cheap imitations. Positive thing is they are ET20 :)
But you understand I need originals badly :P (either B5 or B7's).

Nice and clean. I'm liking the B7 wheels on the avus B5. If I wanted to change mine, they'd be near the top of the list (just under the LM's!).

Welcome to the site Rene.

These are the originals. There were replica B5's on the RS4 when I bought the car and the first thing that had to be removed were these rims ... I mean a car like this needs original parts on it only. Had to talk to the misses first offcourse but found these originals 2nd hand. Had them repaired (slight cuffs) and spraypainted in the original Audi Hyper Silver colour. Had to buy new tyres though cause the B7 255/19/35's are too high for the B5.
I'm using 10mm spacers (since ET is 29 i/o 20 / on the other hand its 9J i/o 8,5J on the B5's) but am thinking of fitting 15mm's. I think they need just this tiny extra to fill up the arches a bit more.
