My NS rear speaker buzzes as well- probably the circular bit in the middle coming adrift- happened to one of the rear speakes in my old 1.8T Q- did it myself- they look pretty crappy but have to say I too am pretty impressed with the system on the whole- but would like to know if its the signal processing or speakers that dictate how it sounds? Looked at the specs for Bose a couple of years ago and was surprised to see the system in the TQ was the most powerful in terms of dB, but then it had six mid range and two tweeters and the boot as a resonator- the RS$ only has 4 mid range and 2 tweeters- and I can't fing a sub-woofer either- although think the TQ had one somewhere! But as it never gave me a problem I can't be sure. One other thing was that the grille over the OS rear door speaker had a couple of cracks in it which wasn't immediately apparent but which gave a similar buzz- tried to do it myself but couldn't work out how to get the door cards off so gave it to Audi Camberley without getting a quote first- 2 technicians, 4 hours later, £225 poorer- you know the story......... the grilles only cost a tenner each if memory serves.....
Cheers
