I have fitted one of these Ebay (XS-Power or similar) systems to my 98 S4. It took me about 6 hours to fit the full system including downpipes. I didn't mind it not fitting 100% out of the box, but after a little bit of fiddling with it I can honestly say it's well worth the money. I've since done around 2k miles with it, and there's not the slightest of exhaust leaks and it doesn't touch the body anywhere. Oh and there's the sound.. it's sweet. I'v e sold the car now, but I still have access to it so if you're anywhere near Merseyside I can arrange a look / drive of it.

I have that XS-power exhaust system, and fits very good. The sound is very nice, could be little louder though. For that price, I recommend it!.
