Mac and SD cards

Post by bobjebb » Sun Sep 28, 2008 11:57 pm

Any Mac users fancy providing a step by step for loading songs to SD?

I'm pretty Mac literate, but buggered if I can get it to work.

Am getting 'corrupt card' error message on RNS-E which may well be the case!

I'm just dragging the artist folders out one by one straight from my itunes library... I notice there's no FAT32 option in the disk utility?

Thanks

Sounds like the RNS-E cannot read the file system on the SD card, probably due to it either being formatted with a MAC FS or formatted 'on the fly'.

Do you have a Windows PC or laptop? If so, elimiate the SD card by attempting to copy a (or some songs) using FAT32...

I do have a PC laptop but my son threw a toy tractor at it, so the screen is seeping Liquid Crystal and not overly easy to see.

Anyway, squinted at it and reformatted, TRANSFERED FOLDERS ONE AT A TIME and now all fine.

Thank you!
