Well, actually this dude is misusing the ebay service. He is basically advertising that he has the parts and the knowledge to upgrade any of the mentioned car types. Those interested should e-mail him for details.
He then mentions that whoever DOES decide to bid for this ad posted here and wins, will get an email describing how this chap beefed up his car (text and pics).
