Now on 150 at half a tank. Pretty good.
My tank should last two weeks.
S3 Fuel Consumption?
Re: S3 Fuel Consumption?
Got to be the youngest here?
Re: S3 Fuel Consumption?
So far I've been getting around 300 miles, but that's mostly town driving during rush hour, anyone know how much difference the Air Con makes?
Re: S3 Fuel Consumption?
Im not too sure actually but would think it wont make too much difference as i think the a/c units are very efficient.
I hardly use my a/c in summer as the sunroof gets good useage.
Mind you so does the car

Re: S3 Fuel Consumption?
IIRC air con robs you of 1-2MPG - I read that somewhere so can't be too sure.
Anyway, after 2 weeks of driving, my full tank ran out at 270 miles with a DIS reading of 23.8MPG. Assuming 13.3 gallons to a tank, the DIS is more than 3.3 MPG optimisitic, or 15%
20MPG is not too hot when all that driving was really as economical as possible.
Am I right that a tank is 62 litres?
