Mate, didn’t feel worthy to even comment! I’m just in awe (as I expect many are). It’s a wicked thing you are doing.
I would like to see you try to get insurance on it! I had enough trouble after an MRC remap!?!?

As above ^^ :D + The times ive read through the thread (about 5!) ive always ended up havin to go and actually work :(
I thought i was doing well building myself a 2.3l bug and converting the rear susp to ladderbar but this is another level!
Some amount of commitment in this and i hope you get the times out of it, im sure you will tbh.
Keep the pics coming! + Dont worry about the turbo fairy for now, its still trapped in mine :(

cheers doug... i am so pleased with how it looks now its nearly finished..

keeping my fingers crossed it should hit the scales at just a bit over 1000kg..

i started to get carried away with the weight reduction that rob told me not to make it to light or i would have traction issues...

however i would love to hear from anyone that knows where i could get a glassfibre bonnet and boot lid... you help would be much appreiceated...

cheers ... jack..
