Audi Navigation Can I retro fit to an S3?
Re: Audi Navigation Can I retro fit to an S3?
Yes it can but it is a nightmare as you need a new wiring loom probably cost you about £5000, better off getting an altermarket solution like ALpine as it will cost you less
Can't beat a bit of boost!
Re: Audi Navigation Can I retro fit to an S3?
hmm, not sure I agree with your costing Bushy.
I agree it will be a lot of work though.
If you can find an S3 being broken you stand a chance of getting all the bits, but otherwise you might have a bit of fun.
Do a web search for audi satnav or navi-D (or search the posts on here).
This should find you a web site with info about the various modules needed.
Cheers,
John.

The Audi S3 dash will need to be changed also and this upgrade is not cost effective, most Audi dealers said they wont do it when i asked back in 2001.

Riz,
I think the dash would only need changing if you currently have a Concert head unit. If you've got the Symphony then there should be no need to replace the dash.
