My RS4 is my daily car, 50 miles a week commute to work - plusu usually another 150+ at the weekend on the usual home & house trips (normal via a longer then necessary route!!!).

Sure is. Was thinking of buying a cheap run around but knew it would be left in the drive all the time.

Daily driver - the reason I got it ! It means regardless of the trip - commute, garden centre, weekend away - we can always be in a car which is great to drive.

Yeah thanks!!! But it is great when I do! Open the sunroof listen to the V8 at one end and the Miltek at the other, turn the sounds down low and just drive! Sorry sounding like a car comercial now!

On the plus side it means the kids make a mess of my wifes Hippo (what I call her Q7!) so it saves the back of my seats from shoe hell !

I'm another "once a fortnight" I'm afraid - tube to work, and everything's so close at weekends that we hardly need a car. When we do, it's often the family Prius, which (and I never thought I'd type this) I quite like driving!

Don't get me wrong, I adore the RS (and can't wait to put 2k on it next week) but for the tiny hops when you never get out of first or even get your oil up to temp, there's something satisfying about taking the dodgem... Anything over a couple of miles though, and there's only one choice!

Every morning I tell myself I'm going to get the tube into work. But every morning I end up driving in.
