mileage discrepancey HPI

Looking at buying a car and had it hpi checked and it come back like this:

the car is at 73k now after phoning the owner and asking him, he had no idea and passed me onto the dealer whom he bought it off and he said they saw this and done a investigation and everything is ok all the mots and service history match .

I remember when buying another car when hpi checking it I put in the wrong mileage and when I corrected it it still showed the mistake I done first time round so could be human error anybody else had a issue like this
