Spoke to both MRC and APS when I needed servicing done on both my RS4 and S3, but in this case opted for MRC because of reputation with the 2.7T although did consider taking a car to each.

Like every company, it is the people that count. If the good people go then the name is just marketing.

For many AmD customers, the problem came when they started to become 'too' successful, and customer service started to suffer. For example no-one would answer the phone (like what is happening at another succesful tuner???). When they recruited Ed, this problem was solved.

However their other problem was that they lost some of their 'personal' touch in tuning, and started just doing 'off-the-shelf' tuning, making them no better than other tuners, and more expensive. Then when some of the team left (including Ed), their fate was sealed...
