RE: Sat Nav
Dunno if this means anything to anyone but i have seen 2 08 discs on e-bay Navigation DVD RNS-E 2007 /2008 going for round the £100 mark rather than the £300 thru a dealership. Assuming they actually are the discs for my sat nav unit of course!
RE: Sat Nav
a buddy of mine purchased one, he got stung it never turned up, so be carefull
RE: Sat Nav
quote me if i`m wrong but don`t you have to plug in the vag com thingy when upgrading the firmware on the RNSE?
RE: Sat Nav
You should be able to get a current disc, official version, on ebay for about £50. A few people on here have purchased without problem. Have a search one here for links to reputable sellers

Nah, the map discs often come with a firmware upgrade on. They don't downgrade though, so there's been situations where someone's tried a newer disc and then found that they were then unable to use an older disc because the newer firmware didn't like it.johnny11 wrote:quote me if i`m wrong but don`t you have to plug in the vag com thingy when upgrading the firmware on the RNSE?
