I've not read all the thread yet because personally I think statements like this are f*cking ridiculous.

It's a catch 22.

On the one side... If Audi made low quality overpriced cars, noone would buy them so noone would have an opinion of their drivers.

On the flip side to this... If Audi have good marketing campaigns, impressively styled cars with good build quality at an affordable price and strong residuals they're bound to sell a lot of cars.

The probability is that some of these drivers are going to be tossers, its not rocket science because everyone is different and we don't have specific manufacturers producing motors specifically for them to be retailed to different grades and generations of plebs but instead... people actually have their own opinions, stipulations and restrictions as to what car they will/can/want to drive.

When you go home at nights and have a conversation about the f*cking idiot that cut you up in the A3 and blatantly didn't know what day it is, do you also speak about the other drivers that were in the right lane and followed the highway code? No because it's something you take for granted.

This whole BMW/Audi/Merc/Ferrari/Porsche etc etc drivers being tossers is just a cry out from those who are jealous of what the cannot or do not have, full stop.

Just remember this. You'll never be a curly haired, Chipping Norton living, post bellied, gobshite Cock! Only one person can fullfill this, Clarkson....

Does anyone think that Clarkson has been shagged by Mercades lately? He has given top reviews to the last 2 tested.

True, although that CLK Black looked absolutely gorgeous, I'd have one in a heartbeat if I could afford it!

It is noticable that there seem to be more bad drivers in Audis than previously, but that is bound to be the case with the brand expanding. Audis are now more desirable than BMWs in the main so with more people driving Audis, the amount that drive badly are going to become more noticable.

Hello, first post for me, I can't beleive its to point out JC's hypocrisy.......

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paCJXSWt0Pg

Seems like back then he thought both the M3 and the S4 were great cars! So who is really the cock?

Ah well, its not like he's paid to be controversial or anything

Don't think the majority are taking it seriously - I'm definitely not anyway - a full-blooded top-gearite.
Saw an old episode yesterday about the Volvo S60R - said it wasn't hardcore enough and the M3 was too embarrassing so he'd buy an S4. He loves us all really ;)
