Will a B& RS4 Avant take 2 bikes through the rear?

As per above, can anyone confirm if I could get 2 mountain bikes (front wheels off) through the rear and into the luggage area with seats down?

It might be a bit of a fiddle, i have trouble with BMX bikes with the front wheel removed.

The top of the opening is quite a bit lower than the height of the headlining inside so you have to tip the bike over at about 45 degrees to get it in.

Bought roof bars and bike holders in the end.

i can confirm you can.
i had 3 kids bikes in there at the weekend, and then had my hybrid and a hardtail mountain bike. Just need to be careful with the handlebars (especially on my hybrid with the end grips) against the roof liner when you load them. Incidentally, I left the front wheels on.
Everyone is unique, just like you and me.
