Well i feel its too overweight and overpriced.... high running costs and insurance too.... the RS4 is sleeker and looks more agile.

RS6 might be good but like you said, theres loads in the 2nd market.... why is that? mmmmmmmm

'Cause some of us need the uber-lardarse-hauler of joy and would find an RS 4 too small. Either that, or it appeals to nautical types - "Land Ahooooy!"

Came up alongside one the other day on the A1. Such presence. Had the correct wheels on her too and was an avant. He could see I was making progress and moved over. I flashed. He flashed back Love that barge

It is the original specification of the German battlecruiser. Big, heavy, and powerful, so SUPERB for cruising down the autobahn at the famed 155. The RS4 is smaller, lighter, more of a flying-around-like-your-pants-are-on-fire car, but the RS6 is the grown up version. It gets from A-B VERY quickly, but with less of the noise and hassle. I'd love one, and I'm the youngun', supposedly the piky bastard! But then I do drive a BMW 5 series at 19. Hmmm old fartdom has dawned on me.

Rock on

'Because of its subtle interpretation of power and speed, you are unaware that it actually accelerates from zero to 60mph in just 4.5 seconds until you see the Ferrari 360 Modena drift behind. Flat out, it will knock the 155mph limiter effortlessly. If you want ultimate performance, Quattro GmbH can disable the limiter and release its 190mph potential. This is really a monster. '
That's my type of barge alright
Oh and I would'nt exactly call approx 50 cars for sale , mostly ex-demonstrators , a glut.

in terms of RS cars that is a glut...probably due to Audi gettin greedy and not limiting production as originally planned.

Difficult to determine what is a glut for the first RS car that hasn't been sold as a limited edition.

With approx. 700 cars for the UK each year that figure will double if not triple in the next 18 months, should be some good deals to be had in the not to distant future as the exclusivity factor will not be there.

Vinny.

I personally think that Audi should have kept it like the RS4 with a limited number for the UK i.e. 400-600units.

The rarer it is the better the residuals are (well thats what i thought anyway)

7% 0f what though?
:
7% of the 750+ plus that have already been imported out of the >9000 total planned production. Total UK allocation is expected to be 1300 units- so actual in UK is somewhere between 750 and 1000 I would guess- hence the 7%
